Subject:                     Approve 5 year Cooperative Law Enforcement Agreement between the Lake County Sheriff’s Department and the USDA Forest Service Mendocino National Forest and authorize the Chairman to sign

 

 

Executive Summary:   The Sheriff’s Department requests approval of the attached 2021 master agreement from the U.S. Forest Service for our enforcement efforts on Forest Service lands.  This master agreement covers a five year period.   Yearly operational agreements, which are referenced on Page 3, as Exhibit A and Exhibit B, will be presented for your approval as they become available.
