Executive Summary: (include fiscal and staffing impact narrative):

On August 6, 2019, the Board approved an Agreement with Coleman Environmental Engineering, Inc. for the FEMA FMAG Culvert Replacement No. 1 & No. 2 Project. The work under this Agreement was satisfactorily completed on October 27, 2020.

Staff has prepared a resolution authorizing the Public Works Director to sign the Notice of Completion.

Staff recommends that the Board of Supervisors approve the Resolution Authorizing the Public Works Director to Sign the Notice of Completion for the FEMA FMAG Culvert Replacement No. 1 & No. 2 Project; Federal Project No.'s FMAG DR 5093-1-1R & FMAG DR 5112-1-1R; Bid No. 19-01, and authorize the Chairman to execute said Resolution
