Subject: Adopt Resolution Approving County of Lake Application to the California Department of Housing and Community Development (HCD) for Emergency Solutions Grant Program CARES Act Funding.

Executive Summary: Attached is a resolution to approve County of Lake's application to the California Department of Housing and Community Development for Emergency Solutions Grant Program Cares Act Funding. This Resolution allows County of Lake to apply for and utilize grant funding allocations under the Coronavirus Aid, Relief, and Economic Security (CARES) Act allocation to the Emergency Solutions Grants (ESG) Program (ESG-CV) up to Four Hundred Thousand Dollars ($400,000.00). Also attached is the previous resolution for this grant, which has already been approved. HCD has requested update/clarification for point 4, which this resolution provides.
