Subject: Adopt Resolution Authorizing the Standard Agreement between the County of Lake and the California Association of DUI Treatment Programs (CADTP) for the period beginning March 1, 2021 through September 30, 2022 and authorize the Behavioral Health Services Substance Use Disorder (SUD) Administrator to sign the Standard Agreement.
Executive Summary: Attached for your review is the Resolution and Standard Agreement between CADTP and LCBHS for development of an early recognition and intervention OUD/PolySUD pilot program to benefit DUI program participants, and supporting the creation of linkages to resources and referral options to MAT to reduce opioid overdoses, opioid-related traffic fatalities, curb recidivism, and provide other treatment options and referrals. This Agreement provides funds up to Seventy Four Thousand Nine Hundred Dollars ($74,900.00). It also authorizes the SUD Administrator of Lake County Behavioral Health Services, as the lead agency for the Lake County Continuum of Care, to sign and execute the standard agreement.
