Staff requests the Board of Supervisors adopt the Resolution ratifying the declaration of a local health emergency declared by Gary Pace, M.D., Lake County Health Officer. This declaration was declared on September 9, 2020, due to the LNU Complex Wildfire in the County of Lake. California Health and Safety Code section 101080 provides authority for the Health Officer to issue a declaration of local health emergency.
