Executive Summary: (include fiscal and staffing impact narrative):
On June 2, 2020, the Board approved an Agreement with West Coast Contractors for the Clayton Creek Road at Clayton Creek Bridge Replacement Project. The work under this Agreement was satisfactorily completed on February 5, 2021.
Staff has prepared a resolution authorizing the Public Works Director to sign the Notice of Completion.
Staff recommends that the Board of Supervisors approve the Resolution Authorizing the Public Works Director to Sign the Notice of Completion for the Clayton Creek Road at Clayton Creek Bridge Replacement Project; Federal Aid Project No. BRLO-5914(077); Bid No. 20-10, and authorize the Chairman to execute said Resolution.
