Subject: Adopt Resolution Authorizing the Public Services Director to Sign the Notice of Completion for Work Performed under the Agreement with Westech Roofing, Inc. for the Hill Road Correctional Facility Phase II Reroof Project
Executive Summary:
On October 6, 2020 the Board approved an agreement with Westech Roofing, Inc. in the amount of $389,757 for the reroof of a portion of the Hill Road Correctional Facility. There were no change orders for the contract.
The project is complete and staff is requesting that the Board of Supervisors adopt the attached resolution authorizing the Public Services Director to sign the Notice of Completion.
