Subject: Approve the Resolution Authorizing the Public Works Director to Sign the Notice of Completion for the Rehabilitation of Big Canyon Road Project

Executive Summary: (include fiscal and staffing impact narrative):

On October 8, 2019, the Board approved an Agreement with Pavement Recycling Systems, Inc. for the Rehabilitation of Big Canyon Road Project. Although the work was delayed in both 2019 and 2020 by issues outside of the County's control, we are pleased to announce the work under this Agreement was satisfactorily completed on June 1, 2021.

Staff has prepared a resolution authorizing the Public Works Director to sign the Notice of Completion.

Staff recommends that the Board of Supervisors approve the Resolution Authorizing the Public Works Director to Sign the Notice of Completion for the Rehabilitation of Big Canyon Road Project, and authorize the Chairman to execute said Resolution.
