The applicant is requesting a Rezone and General Plan Amendment to change the zoning of APN 029-141-22 from R3 (High Density Residential) to R1 (Low Density Residential), and to change the General Plan designation from High Density to Low Density. The Planning Commission recommended that the Board of Supervisors approve this request during a public hearing that took place on April 22, 2021 by a 5-0 vote.
