Subject: (a) Waive the formal bidding process pursuant to section 2-30 8.2 of the County Purchasing Ordinance due to the unique goods and services; and (b) Authorize the IT Director to issue a Purchase Order to Tyler Technologies, Inc. for Executime Clocks in the amount of $44,295
Executive Summary:
Several departments utilize a network-connected clock that interfaces with the Executime Time Keeping system. These clocks allow employees without computers to clock-in and clock-out at the beginning and end of their shifts. Some time ago, Tyler Technologies (the supplier of the Executime system and software) announced that our current clocks would no longer be supported on their system. IT has received a quotation from Tyler Technology to replace the current clocks with supported models.
