Executive Summary:

 

The attached resolution titled “Resolution Accepting Official Canvass of the Statewide Special Election held on September 14, 2021” and the elections official’s certification of the official canvass of the election results and the results of the 1% manual tally of randomly selected voting precincts with the official Statement of Votes is being submitted for your Board’s approval pursuant to Section 15372 of the California Elections Code.
