Subject: Rescind Board Action to Approve the Closure of Child Support Services to the Public from Noon, October 21, 2021 through the end of the day of October 22, 2021
Executive Summary:
A request to close the Child Support Services office located at 3980 Gard St., Kelseyville to the public from noon, October 21, 2021 through October 22, 2021 was submitted and approved by your Board on September 21, 2021. The purpose of this closure was for the State Department of Child Support Services to migrate our Child Support Enforcement (CSE) system to the Cloud.
Notification has been received from the State Department of Child Support Services that this process will be moving to a later date, possibly next month. Due to this change, I respectfully request your Board rescind the action taken to approve the closure of Child Support Services on October 21 and 22, 2021.
Once a new date for system migration is determined, a request to close Child Support Services to the Public will be resubmitted for consideration. Thank you.
