State law requires that the Board of Supervisors appoint the County Agricultural Commissioner and Sealer of Weights and Measures to a four-year term. Katherine Vanderwall was appointed by your Board on January 11, 2022 to be effective February 12, 2022, upon retirement of the current County Agricultural Commissioner.
