SUMMARY ABATEMENT SUMMARY:
Pursuant to Lake County Code Chapter 13, Article VI, Section 13-42.1 - Upon completion of the abatement, the Board shall hear and consider the account and proposed assessment, together with objections and protests thereto. At the conclusion of the hearing, the Board may make such modifications and revisions of the proposed account and assessment as it deems just, and may order the account and proposed assessment confirmed or denied, in whole or in part or as modified and revised. (LCC Chapter 13, Article VI, Section 13-42.1)
On October 1, 2021 Code Enforcement observed substantial amounts of trash and debris scatter over the property constituting a public health and safety issue to the occupants and general overall welfare of the public. Based on the condition of the property a summary abatement was requested from Supervisor Crandell and County Counsel

On October 8, 2021, based on complaints received and a site inspection conducted, a 48-Hour Summary Abatement Notice was issued against the property for violation of the following Lake County Codes (LCC):
LCC CH. 13, Article 1, Sec 13-3.1 (e) (1) - Any condition declared by any statute of the State of California or code of the Lake County to be a nuisance.
