Subject: Authorize the Closure of all Social Services Facilities for Staff Enrichment, Appreciation and Team Building on Wednesday, June 22nd, 2022 from the Hours of 8:00am - 11:00am
Executive Summary:
I respectfully request Board approval to close all five Social Services facilities to the public (including protective services staff that will remain on call and available) on Wednesday, June 22nd, 2022 from the hours of 8:00am - 11:00am.
With a percentage of our staff working remotely and with Social Services being housed in five locations around the lake, joint gatherings are difficult to accomplish during public serving hours.
This virtual event will include information sharing, team building exercises, and employee appreciation for the monumental work done by the DSS staff.
