Subject: Approve Agreement between County of Lake and the Smithwaters Group for Patient's Rights Advocacy Services in the Amount of $45,000.00 for Fiscal Years 2022-23, 2023-24, and 2024-25 and Authorize the Board Chair to Sign.
Executive Summary:
Lake County Behavioral Health Services is required to provide and obtain Patient’s Rights Advocacy Services. To this end, LCBHS released a Request for Proposals on March 21st which closed April 18th, see attached. One proposal was received, see attached. This proposal was selected and is reflect in the contract now before your Board for approval.
