Subject: Approve Sixth Amendment to the Lease Agreement between County of Lake and NL Family Trust/KLA Family Trust for the property located at 1216, 1222 and 1228 South Main Street in Lakeport, for the amount of $20,890.32 per fiscal year, from July 1, 2022 to June 30, 2023, and authorize the Chair to sign.
Executive Summary:
Social Services has leased the facility located at 1216, 1222 and 1228 South Main Street, Lakeport, California since July 1, 2013 for both a conference room space as well as a family center for our Child Welfare Services program. This Amendment extends the term of this lease for 1 year.
