Subject: Approve the Agreement Between County of Lake and North Valley Behavioral Health, LLC for Fiscal Years 2022-23 in the Amount of $400,000.00 and Authorize the Board Chair to Sign the Agreement.
Executive Summary:
Lake County Behavioral Health Services issued a Request for Proposals for Adult Residential Treatment Services for all levels of care. North Valley Behavioral Health Services (NVBHS) did not respond to this RFP, however, LCBHS continues to have a need to contract with NVBHS for the placement of individuals subject to California Penal Code 1370: <https://codes.findlaw.com/ca/penal-code/pen-sect-1370-01.html> and those individuals on Murphy’s Conservatorships. On 05/17/2022 the Board approved contracting with providers of services who did not respond to the RFP process but with whom LCBHS continues to have a need to contract to meet client needs (item 5.10).
