Attached here is a draft letter to the Chair of the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission expressing your Board's insights and concerns in regard to FERC Project No. 77 (Potter Valley).
Patrick Sullivan did a tremendous job in researching the history of Scott Dam and contributed significantly to this draft.
