Subject: Approve Agreement Between County of Lake and Willow Glen Care Center for Adult Residential Support Services and Specialty Mental Health Services in the amount of $985,500.00 for FYs 2022-23, 2023-24, and 2024-25 and Authorize the Board Chair to Sign.
Executive Summary:
LCBHS issued a Request for Proposals for Adult Residential Treatment Services on 03/03/2022 which closed 03/31/2022. LCBHS received only one formal proposal (BOS meeting 06/07/2022, item 5.8 for reference), yet continues to have a need for these services and a need to contract with facilities that have historically provided these services to Lake County beneficiaries. LCBHS has been placing clients at Willow Glen facilities since 2013.
Willow Glen did submit FY 2022-23 rate sheet, which is incorporated into the contract.
