Subject: Approve Agreement Between the County of Lake and Clover Valley Guest Home for Adult Residential Support Services and Specialty Mental Health Services in the amount of $270,000.00 for FYs 2022-23, 2023-24, 2024-25 and Authorize the Board Chair to Sign.
Executive Summary:
Lake County Behavioral Health Services issued a Request for Proposals for Adult Residential Support services on March 3 which closed March 31. We did receive one proposal, though have a need for many other levels of service and placements, primarily for people on conservatorship. Clover Valley Guest Home is one of two in-County Board and Care facilities. LCBHS has a contract with the other facility, Manzanita House, executed by the Board on June 28th. Board and Care facilities represent a step right above independent community living and are a critical part of the care continuum for one of our most vulnerable populations.
