Executive Summary:
This resolution respectfully request, pursuant to Election Code Section 10400 et seq, the Board of Supervisors of the County of Lake authorize consolidation of election services for Purpose of Electing Two City Council Members and a City Treasurer, each to hold a term of Four Years, or Until Their Successors are Elected and Qualified.
