Subject: Approve Amendment No. 1 Between County of Lake and Resource Development Associates for Consultation and Support in the Community Program Planning (CPP) Process and the Evaluation of the Whole Person Care Grant Project for a new Contract Maximum of $268,060.00 for Fiscal Years 2021-22 and 2022-23 and Authorize the Board Chair to Sign.
Executive Summary:
Lake County Behavioral Health Services has been working with Resource Development Associates for many years to support Mental Health Services Act (MHSA) evaluation and planning and activities and currently has a two year contract to support these activities, as well as evaluation for the Lake County Continuum of Care’s Whole Person Care Grant Project. This Amendment reflects a revised Scope of Work and increases the total amount payable under the Agreement by $113,350.00 for a new amount of $268,060.00. Resource Development Associates brings a level of expertise and experience that is invaluable to the County and ensures resources are allocated and planned for in the best way possible.
