Subject: Approve Agreement Between County of Lake and Hilltop Recovery Services for Substance Use Disorder Treatment ASAM Levels 1.0, 2.1, 3.1, Intensive Outpatient and Outpatient Drug Free Treatment Services in the Amount of $336,150.00 for Fiscal Year 2022-23 and Authorize the Board Chair to Sign.
Executive Summary:
Lake County Behavioral Health Services issued a Request for Proposals on April 1st that closed April 29th for ASAM levels of care, see attached item. LCBHS received five (5) proposals for different levels of ASAM services. Four of the five proposals were selected to contract, and the contract now before your Board represents one of these four providers. Of note, LCBHS has contracted with Hilltop since 2012 for SUDT services above and beyond what our Department alone can provide.
