Subject: Approve Agreement between the County of Lake and the Yuba-Sutter-Colusa Tri-County Regional Juvenile Rehabilitation Facility for Youth Housing for the term of July19, 2022, through June 30, 2025, for an amount not to exceed $25,000 in any single Fiscal Year and Authorize the Chair to sign.
Executive Summary:
Lake County has contracted with the Tri-County Regional Juvenile Rehabilitation Facility for youth housing since 2015. This facility offers a “Youth Camp” and is an alternative to traditional hall type placement. We currently have no juveniles in this facility; however, our Superior Court does occasionally order placement so maintaining a contract for that possibility is necessary.
