Subject: Adopt Resolution Authorizing Lake County Behavioral Health Services to Increase the Rates for Driving-Under-the-Influence Program Services Effective Fiscal Year 2022-23.
Executive Summary:
Lake County Behavioral Health Services completed a cost report for operating the DUI program and determined that a rate increase is needed to maintain the program. This was submitted to the Department of Health Care Services who authorized/approved the proposed rate increase. Now, LCBHS must obtain approval from the Board to finalize the approval of this change and update the rates within the Electronic Health Record.
