Executive Summary:
California Water Service’s Advanced Metering Infrastructure [AMI] Installation, Northern California Project for the WaterSMART Water and Energy Efficiency Grant Application FY23 cycle.
This grant would offset their costs for AMI, or “smart meter” installation and significantly reduce water use, improve conservation and lower water bills for our constituents in Lucerne, while keeping rates affordable. Please find the template letter attached for your review.
This is a time sensitive request as they need approval by close of business on July 27th.
