Subject:                     Consideration of Agreement Between County of Lake and Women's Recovery Services for Substance Use Disorder Residential Treatment Services for FY 2022-23 in the Amount of $105,850.00 and Authorize the Board Chair to Sign.

 

Executive Summary:

Lake County Behavioral Health Services issued a Request for Proposals for Substance Use Disorder Treatment Services for ASAM levels of care one through four. The Agreement now before the Board represents a proposal received from Women’s Recovery Services for ASAM level 3.1. This level is Non-Institutional, 24-hour non-medical, short-term program that provides rehabilitation services to pregnant and postpartum women with substance use disorder diagnoses. Perinatal residential services are a requirement of LCBHS’ contract with the Department of Healthcare Services for the provision of Drug Medi-Cal (DMC) Services.
