Subject: Consideration of Amendment No. 1 to the Agreement Between County of Lake and Paragons, LLC for Consultant Services to the Lake County Continuum of Care on Behalf of Lake County Behavioral Health for Fiscal Year 2021-22 increasing the contract maximum to $30,723.00 and Authorize the Board Chair to Sign.
Executive Summary:
The original Agreement’s contract maximum was $25,000.00, below the threshold for the competitive bidding process. Due to unforeseen circumstances and a need to support the robust grant and grant reporting activities of the Lake County Continuum of Care, additional services were required in the amount of $5,723.00.
In the future, Lake County Behavioral Health Services, administrative entity for the Lake County Continuum of Care, will go out to bid for such services if it is determined the need for services will exceed the threshold contract amount of $25,000.00.
