Subject: Approve Amendment No. 1 to the Agreement between County of Lake and I.D.E.A. for Consulting for Professional Consulting Services in the amount of $50,000 for Fiscal Year 2023-2024
Executive Summary:
I.D.E.A consulting services provides expert guidance around policy and regulation development for County Behavioral Health. We have utilized them to support the extensive policy work needed to join the Organized Delivery System, as well as a revamp of many of our mental health policies. Due to the ever-changing nature of behavioral health rules and regulations, as well as staffing capacity challenge, we have utilized I.D.E.A. to support these core functions.
We will not be moving forward with these services in the coming Fiscal Year 2024-25.
