Subject: (a) Approve amendment 13 to agreement between the County of Lake and Sun Ridge Systems, Inc for the purchase and installation of Timekeeping Systems software interface in the amount of $7,360.00; and (b) Authorize the Chair of the Board to sign.

Executive Summary: The Lake County Board of Supervisors approved the Timekeeping Systems contract on February 27, 2024. The Timekeeping Systems platform will provide staff with the ability to accurately account for safety checks. The platform requires an interface with our current Jail Management System (Sunrdige Systems) to input inmate's names, descriptors, and housing assignments. This interface will allow staff to identify where inmates are housed and track specific inmate services (safety checks, linen exchange etc.). We request approval of the attached amendment to approve the purchase and installation of this interface.
