Subject: Consideration of Amendment No. 2 to the Agreement between the County of Lake and Community Behavioral Health for Specialty Mental Health Services in the amount of $3,200,000 for Fiscal Years 2023-24, 2024-25 and 2025-26 .
Executive Summary:
The original Agreement allocated $600,000 for services during FY 2023-24 and remained silent on the subsequent fiscal years. The first amendment increased the maximum for FY 2023-24 to $3,200,000. However, there was an error in the recitals of the Agreement where it read there was an increase of $600,000 when in fact it was an increase of $2,600,000. This second amendment corrects the error in the recitals.
