Subject: Approve Amendment No. 1 to the Agreement between County of Lake and Hilltop Recovery Services for Co-Occurring Services in the amount of $28,800.00 for Fiscal Year 2023-24 and Authorize the Board Chair to Sign.

Executive Summary:

Lake County Behavioral Health Services contracts with Hilltop Recovery for both Drug Medi-Cal(DMC)-funded and eligible placements for residential/social model detoxification services and non-DMC-funded placements. LCBHS funds non-DMC placement needs through our Mental Health Services Act Full Service Partnership Program. These are placements for individuals with dual mental health and substance use disorders. This has been accounted into our mental health budget.

Moving forward, beginning July 1st LCBHS will be in the Organized Delivery System 1115 Waiver and these services will be covered fully by DMC.
