Executive Summary:

Building Up Individuals and Local Development (BUILD) aims to help those who are economically vulnerable gain construction and workforce skills to become employable. Additionally, BUILD rehabs homes and turns them into safe, affordable housing stock for NCO New Digs clients and the larger community.
