Subject: Approve Change Order No. 2 Middletown Multi-Use Path Improvements Project, State Project No. ATPL - 5914(102) Bid No. 22-05 For A Decrease of $114,481.12 & A Revised Contract Amount of $1,161,688.48.

Executive Summary:
Attached for the Board's review and approval is Contract Change Order (CCO) 2 for the subject project.

Contract Change Order No. 2 addresses the need to decrease costs in labor, materials, equipment, subcontractors, and trucking due to reducing the scope of work by eliminating a section of the project.

This results in a decrease of $114,459.12 to the contract amount of $1,276,149.60 for a revised contract amount of $1,161,690.48.

This project is funded 100% from the State's ATP funds and local funds. Therefore, this project is 100% funded through construction.
