Executive Summary: The Sheriff’s Department requests approval of the attached agreement from the U.S. Forest Service for enforcement services on Forest Service lands.
Revenue for fiscal year 2019/20 in the amount of $19,000 for Controlled Substance Operations has been included in FY 2019/20 Sheriff/Marijuana budget 2203. There are four originals attached to this agreement and will require a total of eight signatures
